Personal consultation in Budapest and Békéscsaba

The JTS offers consultation opportunities for Lead Partners of the concept notes invited in the 2nd step of the HURO/0802 call for proposals as follows:
Dates: 19 October – 11 November 2009, each MONDAY and WEDNESDAY - 1.p.m. - 4 p.m
Location: Budapest/Békéscsaba
On these days Lead Partners will have the possibility to consult their programme manager concerning their application.
Appointments (aprox. 30 minutes) may be requested via e-mail from the responsible programme manager.
For those not able to request an appointment, between 16 -27 November 2009 we are organising Lead Partner Forums (two in Hungary, two in Romania, per county pairs), where applicants will be able to discuss personally the recommendations and comments of the evaluators or questions about state aid, as well.
Further information about the venues of the forums will be posted on our webpage and emailed directly to Lead Partners.
!You have the possibility to discuss state aid issues both in the frame of consultations in Budapest as in the frame of Lead Partners Forums. We kindly ask you to inform your programme manager beforehand, if would like to discuss this issue, in order to be able to arrange the involvement of the Managing Authority.
